WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

I want you to use and love any product that you've purchased from me. In that spirit, I am happy to offer a return and refund on any purchase made within the first 14 days after receipt. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and the product must be undamaged, unused and in the original packaging. Please provide a tracking number to help ensure the return of the parcel.

DO YOU OFFER SAME-DAY DELIVERY?

I am not able to provide same-day delivery at this time. If you live in the Illawarra or are in the area, you are welcome to make a booking to visit my studio to view my work and make a selection in person.
